Gear Testing

Gear flank lead and profile cannot be tested with manual testing equipments, hence special gear testers are required

  • Conventional Gear Tester - Magg SP 130, Without Base Circle Disc.
  • Latest Mitutoyo / Wenzel CNC gear measuring machine for checking advance parameters of gear profile

Gear Grinding

  • Hofler, Germany P.L.C. Gear Grinder (Up to Module-16, Diameter-1000, Face Width-250)
  • Latest-CNC gear profile grinders (Make Hofler-Germany)with internal and external grinding facilites capable of producing DIN 2 class of accuracy gears with very advance profile corrections. (Module-30, Diameter-2500 mm, Face Width-1000 mm)
  • (All other supporting machines like bore and face grinder, cylindrical grinding surface grinders are available)

Gear Cutting

  • Liebherr-Germany (Gear Hobbing Machine) (Module-14, Diameter-900 mm, Face Width-300 mm)
  • Magg-Switzerland (Gear Shaping Mahine) (Module-25, Diameter-1500 mm, Face Width-300 mm)
  • Toss-Germany (Gear Hobbing Mahine) (Module-30, Up-to Diameter-3000 mm, Face Width-1000 mm)
  • All other supporting machines like VTLs, Horizontal Lathe, key-way machine, Drilling are available

Gear Heat Treatment

  • In Gear manufacturing, heat treatment is intermediate process which has equal importance as quality raw material and processing of material
  • Gear heat treatment is carried out at dedicated vendor having state of art heat treatment facility with required customisation and flexibility
  • Gear heat treatment cycles are defined by highly experienced metallurgist and heat treatment specialist

Gear Casings

  • Conventional set up with Plano Miller Drilling, H.B.M and Jig Boring
  • Highly reputed Europeanmake - 5 Axis CNC Machining Centre (4000 *2000 *2000) capable of producing desired quality, with self measuring facility
